Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any digital services or packages. By paying for our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Our Services
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- SEO and digital marketing
- Website design and development
- Internet marketing and social media optimisation
- Analyticand consultation
Because our services are digital, customised and intangible, they cannot be returned in the traditional sense like physical goods.
2. Refund Eligibility
Before Work Has Started
If work has not commenced or no deliverable have been provided, you may request a cancellation and refund within 7 days of payment.
- Refund requests must be emailed to info@seoiconic.com.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
After Work Commences
Once services have begun — including strategy planning, audits, design drafts, SEO implementation, content creation or project milestones — payments are non-refundable. This includes digital deliverable already sent to the client.
This reflects the time, effort and resources invested in providing customised services, and is standard practice among professional SEO agencies.
3. Partial Refunds (Case-by-Case)
In limited circumstances, partial refunds may be offered if:
- Services have not yet progressed beyond planning stages
- Work has not been delivered and both parties agree in writing
These cases are reviewed individually, and any approved amount will be issued after deduction of administrative costs.
4. Cancellation Requests
To cancel an order before work begins:

- Include your order referenceand reason for cancellation
- Work must not have started
- Refunds (if eligible) will be issued within 14 business days
Please note: If a refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
5. No Refunds for Completed Work
Once digital deliverable, strategy documents, final designs, reports, website builds, or optimisation work have been sent or implemented, no refunds will be considered.
This includes:
- Website designs
- SEO audits and implementation
- Content writing
- Analytics setup
- Digital campaigns
This policy acknowledges that each service is time-intensive and tailored to your business goals.
6. Charge backs and Disputes
If you initiate a charge back or dispute through your bank without contacting us first, we may pause or terminate services until the matter is resolved. Any unjustified charge backs will be contested, and your access to future services may be restricted.
